While I acknowledge my mistake, they would rather save the $100 rebate than maintain a life long customer. I will be selling the firearm and purchasing from a company that values their customers. Terrible customer service is not the way to operate a company.
Around the first week of January, I was out at the range with my FN-15 rifle. After shooting about 90 rounds through my firearm, it exploded out of the magazine. This left my magazine shattered and my firearm unable to operate. This gun was less than 6 months old and had less than 400 rounds shot through it. I contacted FN and sent it in to them for warranty work, at MY own cost. THREE (3) MONTHS later I get a one page report that everything was in-spec about my rifle and it was not a warranty issue. They aren't accepting any blame and say their product was flawless and it had to have been the ammunition manufacturer. They also are refusing to service it, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt here as I am unsure if they service their firearms. Another TWO (2) MONTHS later, I still have yet to receive my rifle, I have no idea what is actually wrong with it, and FN continues to dodge my emails and phone calls. This is without question the WORST customer service experience I have ever had to deal with. Do not do business with them.
In 2019, FNH was running the promotion with purchase of a new FN Five-seveN, you would receive an accessory light valued at $225. I purchased the firearm and filled out the rebate form but I mistakenly scanned the wrong receipt. The wait time was 6-8 weeks so I waited. I never heard back from them and I finally emailed and they informed me of my mistake with the receipt and that the promotional period was closed and there was nothing they would do about the situation. I provided them with proof of my purchase and they still insisted they would do nothing and only offered an "i'm sorry for your inconvenience." They could've notified me of my mistake during the rebate period and I would've corrected the issue, but I didn't know I had made the mistake until later. On my rebate form was my correct address and phone number. I never received anything from them and now I'm out of my rebate. This is not a way to treat a customer, especially one who spends a hefty amount on your product.
