Review: There was a door to door sales agent that presented a water filtration system made by Puronics., which I was interested in and made a verbal deal and agreed on a price.The sales [redacted]s (###-###-####) informed me that a Technician would show up to my house to install, which he did and when my kids were home and I was at work.When I came home the system was installed and it seem to be working fine. This system is guaranteed for 15-25 years.But when I tried to get it serviced, the call center informed me that that product was registered to someone else in a different town and state. which, was when I noticed that the brochures were by Puronics and the actual installed system was Aquakleen.We came to the concussion that they had installed a previous-owned system.Now, it is leaking, it damaged my floor, and Aquakleen wont' service it, because they didn't install it and the sales agent will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: Either a replacement (which will come with warranty) or a refund, they can give me my money back and they can take their system.
