[redacted] came to my home and tested my water. He was very knowledgeable professional. He explained all the test results to us. We decided it was in the best interest of our family to have a Rainsoft system installed. The install only took a couple hours and we could notice a difference immediately after our 2nd shower. Since then, we have noticed a difference in our laundry, showers, dishes, and it even has begun to remove the soap sm off of our shower doors (which we were not expecting). I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is on Charlotte public water. Thank you for helping out family in an affordable way!
