Review: Full metal bullion is selling fake silver on its website,,,the silver bars is called tibetin silver and german silver,,,the bars looks real and the markings show .999pur silver but they were checked out and they are fake.Desired Settlement: they need to give me my money plus shipping cost back(48.00) or they can give me some real silver.

Just to make things clear, we suggest you go back and read the item description again. The items are clearly described as containing little to no actual silver. Here are the actual descriptions used on the site:

Product Description-GERMAN SILVER

1 oz. of german silver in a classic buffalo design bar. This is an alloy of 60% copper, 20% nickel and 20% zinc. It is widely used in jewelry, and contains no actual silver content. Measures approx. 1"x 2".

As you can see clearly, these are clearly described. The comment that we are selling fake silver is incorrect. We sell real silver, you just weren't looking in the right place. The type of metals we sell are clearly labeled, and in this case if your were searching for silver, just click on the link that says silver. If you were searching for copper, just click on the copper link, etc, etc. If you were buying our silver bars, they would have been in the $30 range, not the $8 you paid for yours.

We take care to accurately describe our items, and make clear the content and purity of our metals. We take pride in being open and honest. The fact that you contacted an outside agency before voicing your concerns puzzles us, as we make it easy to contact us.

Please send back your items for a full refund. And be make sure what you say about one's reputation is actually true before you say it.
