FMB Chopper Parts

horrible customer service and all around crap dude to deal with. He owes me 115.00. I received my bars but they had issues with the powder coating upon arrival. I contacted FMB via email and was told to ship them back and I would be reimbursed for shipping cost. In one of my emails I finally got a response with a tracking number that was being sent to Canada, I live in Texas! After several more emails I finally was given correct tracking information and in all emails since returning the bars originally I inquired about how shipping refund was going to be handled and that point was not addressed in anyway by this company. After waiting a month an a half and multiple emails and unanswered calls I finally received my bars but no refund or mention of refund has been forthcoming despite follow up emails return shipping cost me 115.00. DO NOT do business with this company absolutely horrible experience! 115.00 isn’t something you just shrug off.
