In reference to the complaint filed 3/5/2014, we wish to respond as follows;1.    We have tried several times to contact this complaint for an estimate on the damage, even though we did not cause the damage, we wish to resolve this situation by payment of the...

said damage.2.    Apparently the damage caused was fixed and we still have not received an estimate.3.    We feel that the complainant responded outside of resolve by not responding to calls of compliance or our attempt to fix this with our contractors.4.    We wish that this letter acts as a response to resolve this situationWe also wish to state for the record that,we have not come across a situation such as this Unresolved and always with consideration of the customers needsThank you
