Flywheel Sports

I signed up for a 12 class membership at Flywheel Sports in July, 2019. After every class I would check the app to see that my number of classes were depleting and after I finished the 12 classes it said I had no classes left. The 12 classes are limited to one month so I finished the 12 classes in August. I was never notified that my membership would continue through the app or through email. After checking my credit card statements I have been billed $228 every month since then. I called a front desk receptionist who said she cannot do refunds and I would have to call their warehouse - she also stated that I should be able to receive a refund for the months I was not using flywheel and was unaware of being charged. I called Flywheel's warehouse immediately to get this fixed but couldn't get a hold of anyone until 24 hours later. She told me that in the fine print on my invoice it showed I will be billed every month until I cancelled myself. I asked for her to send me the invoice that would show that, which it did not. The invoice showed my name, no cc number and nothing about being charged every month. I also never received monthly invoices once I was charged for the following months. Because of this, I asked for a refund for the months I was not using flywheel and told me she would not do that.
