We are a year old hosting company Flytech is/was on our approved vendor list the only way to get placed on the list is thru a successful order history today I placed an order for a routerboard with the corporate visa and they asked that I pay thru paypal instead Apparently they did not like the shipping address is different from the billing address If you are an international company, operating out of four different locations on two continents, that will happen Our previous order history also has a different shipping address In any case, I did not like that they 1) held up a time sensitive order to the point we can no longer order from another vendor today and 2) are basically being called a thief So I give customer service an "F" rating and for that reason we will not be ordering from them again

Mr [redacted] sent me numerous emails asking me absurd questions regarding our company status with secretary of state and whatnotOne email after another Mr [redacted] asked for more and more information and at one point told me to go to their competitor Newegg if I was annoyedThen all the sudden the order says "Declined Credit"We never asked for credit at all we gave them a very well funded credit card to pay for a $VoIP phone [redacted] Ave [redacted] XXXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX [redacted] ***@flyteccomputers.com
