Flyte Tyme Limousine

Review: I have used this limo company for my trips to the airport several times and haven't been disappointed until now. Last Friday, I was waiting for the driver to show up. I was on the phone with dispatch since the driver was a little late and they told me he would be arriving in a silver town car in less than five minutes. A limo pulled up with the same description in roughly five minutes and I sat in assuming this was the driver I was waiting for. Turns out it was a different company and since he was taking his passenger to the same airport we didn't realize we were in the wrong car until fifteen minutes later. By this time it was too late to turn back since we would risk missing our flight. We called this company and explained the situation several times but they still went ahead and charged us for the service they never provided. They marked this incident as a no show in their system even though it was an honest mix up. I was promised a call back to authorize a refund and still haven't heard back.Desired Settlement: I don't think it's fair to treat repeat customers this way. They should apologize and refund the money they charged me. I could've called my bank and blocked the transaction but I just don't think this is a good policy
