Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID My complaint has been resolved by a third party, GroupOn, and not by the business stated, eFlytThe issue that caused this complaint may still be a valid issue with eFlyt.My initial order was placed through GroupOn for a FatShark Goggle for $250, and the merchant was a company called OlightThe fulfillment of the order was through eFlyt and the fulfillment was a $fidget spinner.On 1/I received a notice from Groupon stating that they would refund the complete order within days based on my complaint with them.On 1/I received a call from Faith at eFlyt to discuss the issueeFlyt is the US distributor for products from a company called Banggood.comThis is a company I have familiarity with since I have ordered products from them for many years from the main distribution in ChinaThe name of their US distribution is apparently eFlyt ecommerceI discussed that I received the fidget spinner from them and that it was not the product orderedThey were not able to track the product that came from their distribution , and they were not able to find the order and they were not aware of the company called OlightTherefore there were no actions able to be taken by eFlyt customer service.I imagine that the burden of this failed transaction was covered by GroupOnI am satisfied by the response by GroupOn, however I imagine that other scams could come through eFlyt until it is determined how invalid products can be shipped by them without their knowledge or visibility.Best regards,***,###-###-####
