*** ***I got an email from the company today saying they are sending me my itemsThe items listed are yet again the wrong size, which means that I would have to ship them back again for an exchange and go through this whole process of being ignored for monthsThey issued a $gift card that for one you cant buy anything there for $for two I would never buy from them again and third that doesnt even cover what I paid to ship the items back for the first time let alone if they again sent the wrong size witch in the email says the wrong sizes then I'm out even more money for shipping againIf they send me the wrong items again I want nothing but a FULL refund including the money spent for shipping two times

I placed an order on november 21 and still have not recieved any shipment information and when I spoke to someone regarding my order I keep being told I should be recieving tracking info soon... Here it is almost a month later and nothing. Just recieved an email from the today again stating that I should be recieving shipment info and regected my request for a refund. Im giving one star because it wont allow me to give no stars but in all honesty I give a -10 stars... F

I specifically requested there be elastic in the bottom of the pant legs,which is one of the whole reasons items were returned. I enclosed a letter stating EXACTLY what is needed and sent a copy of the letter to them via Facebook messenger as per their instructions. This matter has still not been rectified to my satisfaction but I give up as,I have a husband who is,battling cancer and i,do not have anymore time to invest in this matter! Despite the fact they sent me a $25 gift card I WILL NEVER do business with them again!! I will forward you s,copy of the letter sent to them once I can,access my FB messages
