I was looking for a toll free number and I saw flynumber in web
I searched over the internet for reviews but I saw a neutral overall and that worried me
Since I registered, two hours was enough to have everything configured
It's also the cheapest service from all of them out there
I'm the one who added a positive report on 22/12/
Very huge mistake At the beginning, Nick the only one employee and owner at the same time promised the cheapest services
Last three months, he was asking $10-$per month for just minutes of calls and stopped the calls when somebody was calling me so the results were to lose a lot of clients
Stay Away from FlyNumber
I tried to use FlyNumber, I paid and got my local phone number in Croatia. If you call the local number, the call is really forwarded to my cell.
But the trouble emerged when I wanted to call from my new local FlyNumber: they sent a bunch of confusing manuals, incomprehensible applications (PBX, SIP, etc.) that I was not able to install. When I reported, they send some user ID and pass for an application that I was not able to find.
All I wanted is to click and call. No confusing apps. Imagine what would happen if we have to graduate from IT Academy in order to make a landline call.
I don't intend to spend a week time examining their apps and hire an IT guy to help me with all these server names.
Of course, they refused to refund the money, now we are having a dispute at [redacted]l.
If you don't have extra IT knowledge, don't mess up with them, because you'll just loose your money and time.
Review: I am an overseas (outside US) customer from whom flynumber have taken payment [$14.95] last night, but not delivered service [virtual number]. Their customer service number for UK where I am based, is United Kingdom: [redacted] which is fraudulent or has been disconnected. Their support ticket, [redacted], and discussion forum are not providing replies or acknowledgement of my request/postingDesired Settlement: refund $14.95 which I paid nothing more
