because:
As discussed on the phone, please keep this referenced case in Open status. The reply to my inquiry from Hudson Property Management only stated that they were "investigating" and would get back to me on a result ion. At this time I have received no communications from them and my access to the paid service is still revoked. Appreciate the help,[redacted]
