Their website provides inadaquet information I called due to the issue and I was on hold for minutes before the representative was able to find the answer Seeing as to how the information that was provided was incorrect they provided no support and said that I would need to order new socks I advised that I was unable to return the product because my daughter was required to have them the next week, but I don't want to have to buy another pairNo resolution or compromise was givenI wish I had control over where to get uniforms They know they have the advantage over us
