We have been informed by our customer that he is not the person making this complaintAs soon as we responded to the first complaint [redacted] called us back, brought the car over that afternoon the car has been driven over miles the down payment was much less than reported all that had been promised was a Motor Mount as you can see on the attachment and the second page of the attachment is the As Is -Sold without warranty which states The buyer will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist and/or may occur in the vehicle unless the salesperson promises in writing to correct such defect, in which [redacted] signed 2/22/and all that we have promised was a motor mount which is being installed now

we have been trying to him the *** has a voice mail box that has not been set up yet, the *** is out of Service, and what he gave as his job says they do not know him ***, so we have been waiting for him to contact us or since we have financed him we are waiting for him to
come in and correct his contact information.?
