Requested $220 Llumar (not ceramic) window tint job and windshield strip was included per Jose. This is in writing via email.
We were asked to pay for the service in cash. No check, no ***, no credit nor debit cards. Since we only agreed upon $220, my wife didn't have enough cash and was shocked at the additional rate. The initial invoice was blank and she was only asked for her name and phone number. There was no estimate listed nor was there any other information on the blank invoice.
A receipt and agreement to the $220 job we initially asked for. And we don't appreciate being reported to the police when we drove there today to pay them cash in person. Also not sure why they want untraceable cash if they are a legitimate business???

We heard from them. They called the police on us saying we stole from them! We were very upset by this so we paid the full amount. They would only accept cash and did not want to give us a receipt but my husband demanded one. Very unscrupulous way to do business. We will be reporting them to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations and to the IRS. Will NEVER do business with them again!!!
