opinion.  We did receive the complaint via email, and I, Jeff Goard, did speak to the customer, [redacted], immediately upon receipt of the complaint.  We corrected the work that was not completed by our installer on the first visit, to make it right and complete the job per our proposal, and I also gave the customer a $200.00 refund, check # [redacted], which has cleared our bank.  It was my understanding, based on my last conversation with [redacted], that she was now satisfied with the work being completed AND the $200.00 refund I provided. If you have any questions, please let me know.  Sincerely,[redacted]
