Flying Colors Roofing

Wonderful staff, wonderful company! I called them for help with an unidentified water issue in our house (as we assumed the roof could be the culprit), and the owner (Steve) was in contact with me on the same day to schedule an appointment. He offered a Saturday morning, which was sort of surprising to me but I took it! His staffers (Joe and Felix) arrived 45 mins early on 10/17/15 - a welcome change from a service provider, if you ask me. Joe was very energetic, friendly, open and honest about our issues. He was flexible on the time he spent with me and fully explained what was happening. Felix hopped up on our roof and fixed some bad nails, the flashing around our chimney, and the roof vent pipe. All had gone extremely bad and had become a source of weakness on the roof. Joe explained that their aim was to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work performed, which I was! He also explained that their work comes with a 3 year guarantee and that I could call them back for any reason and they would return to help again, free of charge. I also learned that Flying Colors performs a wide array of work, other than just roofing. I plan to call them back in the spring to power wash my roof and also maybe perform some masonry work on our front walkway.
Overall, I felt very good about what I saw today. I will most certainly be recommending Flying Colors to friends and neighbors. What great guys! They do what they say and they mean to cultivate a trust-driven relationship with their clients. It was really refreshing to see that today. We are very pleased with their work.
