I was quite disappointed with their service. They refused to answer my questions ether in comments or via emails. They would not discus any pricing till I came in with my dog for a free evaluation. I took the morning off work and drove forty minutes one way in the rain. They did not even keep me five minutes. They looked at his vet records then said they couldn't help me because they only worked with indoor dogs. I had already clearly told them through email that he was a out door dog and that he needed training so that he could live indoors. I described in detail the problems I was having with my dog and told me that they were able to help me with all of those situations. However, when I got there they told me the exact opposite, that my dog would be to confused making the transition, and that he would not know do at home the things he would learn at class. So they sent me home. They said I needed a trainer who would work a my house, after they told me through email that they had one on one private lessons, and the package I was interested in came with ten days of residential sessions. I'm sure after you get past their poor customer service and bad communication they are good a training,dogs, but my experience was a very disappointing waste of time. I hope this helps somebody considering the fact that on their website they don't post any reviews with less than four stars.
