Signed contract for job June 6th. He said it would be done in 3 weeks. He dismantled bathroom vanity and requested and received 50 percent down payment. During the course of 3 months and numerous mostly unanswered requests to provide a definitive start and finish date I finally had to inform him on Sept 15 that I would file a complaint with the Attorney General . He responded: " I cannot handle the stress". Of what? Providing a start and finish date after 3 months??? I cannot handle the stress of someone taking my money, leaving me with a non functioning bathroom for 3 months, not answering phones and responding to emails and making excuses!!!!!
