Review: I ordered 1 item off of FLYING A's website: http://www.flyinganyc.com on December **, 2014. I never received my item I paid for, and I have tried to contact them via e mail, phone calls and through their customer service form online since December of 2014 and I still have not heard from them or received my item.

I have kept my e mail from them confirming my order as well as my e mails to them asking about my order as proof of this matter not being addressed.

Thank you for your assistance with this matter and your time.Desired Settlement: I have had a store credit with them of $63.22 and I would simply like a full refund for my purchase (the full amount charged to my card including taxes and shipping) and whatever amount I have left in store credit refunded to me as well, as I would like to never have to work with them again.

Furthermore, if they are no longer a business and/or are running a fraudulent business I would like them to be brought to your attention so others will not have to be in the same position they have put me in.
