I am rejecting this response because:when I finally got in touch with Directbuy they told me I would have to do it onlineIt's not the same as going in and meeting with a designer that has all the styles and colors and different options they offerThe designer that contacted me said to go to Home Depot and see what they have and get the name and stock # and she could match it cause they they use a company that supplies themThey also did not address the fact that I could get my membership free by enrolling two new members.

Per a phone conversation with the customer and DirectBuy, the referral program issue has been addressed, and so have the other concerns. Conversation was held 04.15.2015.
All memberships in the San Antonio area have been upgraded to include enhanced home delivery options on each purchase, in home design consultations, the ability to have samples sent directly to the members home, and 7 day a week access to DirectBuy's Home Shopping service. With these added benefits,...
we believe that each member can, and will continue to enjoy the benefits associated with their membership. All local vendor relationships are still in place as well allowing members to continue to take advantage of the discount afforded on labor and agreements with local showrooms to see products in person.
