Review: Ordered products from their online store on Dec 5th. Have had no communications from them since that date when they charged my [redacted] account for payment. 11 days later and after many emails and phone messages have been left by me I still have received no communication or shipped package.Desired Settlement: Refund and then close their business down.

Review: I purchased some luggage online on December 28, 2013, to be delivered to an address in Florida. A week passed and I had heard nothing of a delivery date, or even when it would be shipped. I sent an email, to which I received no response. Days later I sent a second email requesting an approximation of when the product would be shipped, as I need the product by the end of January. To date I have still not heard back.

Review: I ordered a suitcase that was supposed to come with a monogrammed handle. I received the suitcase but I never received the handle. I contacted the seller numerous times by email and phone to resolve the issue, but I am no longer receiving any response. I still do no have the handle 5 months after purchase.Desired Settlement: I request the handle as promised or a refund.
