The full-service move was worth the money, effort and time and in my opinion if you are looking to move anytime consider a full-service move. They handled all our items like their own and treated the kids with care and empathy that really touched me because we were moving to a different state and the kids were a little scared of the new environment. There was no damage to any item and their quote was fair and precisely what they said it would be. The customer support team were professional and courteous and tackled every query I asked when requesting a quote. Having worked in the customer service industry for a decade now I know a high-quality service when I get it. They employ very respectful and professional movers who show up on time and are ready to listen to you. They secured our shipment before moving out. I must state that they have state of the art moving equipment I did not see any dent or scratch on my car because they used straps to lock it on the truck.
