Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2016/03/17) */
Thank you for this opportunity to respond. We received Ms. [redacted]'s complaint in letter format. We were surprised to hear that the ticket price was on the internet as stated. I personally had changed the amount when we opened. I was very...
disgruntled myself that the price on the internet did not take. I immediately went back to our site and resolved the price issue. I have verified it a number of times to make sure that it is still changed. We issued a check for $14.00 to Ms. [redacted]. THIS WAS STRICTLY A CLERICAL ERROR IF YOU WILL AND NON OTHER. I feel that Ms. [redacted] may have gone a little over board. Since this was totally intentional. But we all respond in different ways. There was no intent in any way.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 11, 2016/03/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum and Home sent a refund check for $14, the exact amount that we ([redacted] and I) were overcharged, according to the then-posted prices to tour the Farmhouse, Rose's house and the Museum. I see now, that the prices we were CHARGED on May 5, are updated on the Laura Ingalls Wilder website.
Thank you for your assistance! Without the Revdex.com, this would not have happened.
