Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: first, they verbally told me they would be taking care of the entire bill. Second, they reinforced this in an email chain as pictured in the last response. The only reason we called them to offer to pay for supplies was because they did the right thing by taking care of the bill. We had even planned on giving them more work because of what we thought was their excellent customer service and doing the right thing. So, no, we will not be paying the remaining balanced ad they indicated this was not necessary.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
To Whom It May Concern: Ms. [redacted] is correct in that the invoice #429 was zeroed out, we apologized for not repairing the steam shower in a timely manner, and did not feel due to our error we should charge her for this. We did however go out on the initial visit 2/15/2017 and did the following - Replaced master bath shower cartridge ([redacted]), Replaced hot side cartridge on Roman tub ([redacted]), Replaced trip lever & flapper in kids bathroom toilet, plus material. None of which was related to the basement steam shower. The amount still owed on the original visit is $235.00.Thank you
On 2/15/2017 we repaired master bath shower & roman tub faucet. Repaired toilet in kids bathroom with new trip lever & flapper. We looked at the shower control in the basement bath, we were unable to repair at that time. Shower control is no longer made and we didn't have parts...
to repair. We had to locate repair parts, when we located repair parts we went back and repaired the basement control valve. [redacted]'s were past due on paying their first invoice $375 (and still are, except for the 'good faith' check they sent which we have not excepted). However, we still went back and fixed the shower control and did not charge a service fee for this trip. Thank youFlush Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
