Fluhme Glam Bar

On January 21st, I went to Fluhme Glam Bar to have a microblading service done by Domonique B. I was not satisfied with service provided and reached out to Domonique via email on March 3rd, 2020 to tell her why I was not satisfied. In her response, she blamed me for not being happy with the service provided, saying that I would not be happy with anything she did. She denied anything was wrong with the service provided, except me. It was not until a second email from her that she only partially acknowledged the problem with the service provided. Instead of offering a refund so that I can get the microblading removed, she said that I could come back in to have more microblading done. I replied to this email, but received no response. This is inappropriate and unprofessional. I would not risk going back to her or trust her to do more microblading to fix her mistake, especially after she denied it and tried to blame it on me. The issue is still unresolved. It has been nearly six months since the date of service.
