Fluffy's Laundromat and Dry Cleaning

Review: This laundromat has a wash and fold service with free pick p and delivery. They picked up my laundry on Tuesday, June [redacted]. On Thursday, June [redacted], I called to have it delivered and they discovered hat they had delivered it to someone else and they didn't know who. On Saturday, I returned at approximately 11am. I asked what they were going to find the laundry, and was told that 11am was too early to be working on this problem. I was assured that they were going to contact all their customers either by going door to door or by telephone. I was also told that the boy who had delivered my laundry to another home had been fired. Today, I returned yet again and I asked if they'd been able to reach everyone. The owner told me that they don't have everyone's numbers. I said, "But you have their addresses - you said you would knock on their doors." He said that it was crazy to expect him to knock on that many doors. The boy who had supposedly been fired was also still working there. I would appreciate any help in dealing with this.Desired Settlement: I would like money to pay to replace my lost clothing. I estimate that there were approximately $700 of clothes in the bag.
