I recently had a visit from Jeromey P a representative from Fluent Solar. He was very respectful, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
He presented me with a program that made a tremendous amount of sense and explained it to me very well.
Thank you Jeromey
Fluent Solar installed solar panels on my roof in early February 2020. In early March I discovered that I was charged $1800 for a "main panel upgrade." There was NO upgrade needed nor done to my main electrical panel. The subcontractor who did the actual installation confirmed that, and Fluent also confirmed that the upgrade was not done, that the charge was a mistake, that I should not have been charged, and that I would be reimbursed. I have contacted Mr. Bahaa Chmait (their "director of customer experience") twice since then and he apologizes and says he will contact "accounting" but it's now mid April and still no reimbursement. A nudge from you folks would probably get their accountant's attention.
Thank you for the help
Customer was sent a check for the amount requested $1800.00 on 4/21/2020. Customer has received the check and cashed
Revdex.com:
