Hi, I used Fluent Moving to get some things from storage to a new home and then rearrange some items in the house itself. I could not have found a better company or better group of guys to work with. They were on time as promised, gently loaded and unloaded all my items, placed them where I asked, and used floor mats to protect the hardwood and carpet from marks.
Plus the guys [redacted] and [redacted] were friendly, kind and worked their [redacted] off! I would recommend these guys and this company to " anyone " I know who is thinking or has to move. You will be really happy and the cost is extremely reasonable.

Beware of extra costs. Final numbers were double from the quote I was provided. Several 'extra' costs appeared on the invoice. Part of my work order was for the bed frames to be assembled; which didn't happen. I attempted to negotiate some of the extras with Owner but of course he justified everything. Needless to say I was not successful.....after all they already had charged my [redacted].
I will say the crew performing the move were polite and worked hard however, several of my items were broken and furniture scratched.
I would strongly recommend you do your homework and price compare.

This company failed to adhere to it's own contract terms and overcharged me upwards of $500.00 - Make sure you cover yourself before engaging with Fluent, because getting your money back isn't going to be easy

It was very comforting to know that I had made the right choice in selecting fluent moving. They were reasonably priced. The men were professional and friendly. Carpet protectors were used and the men worked efficiently and quickly. The truck was clean and there were plenty of blankets and packing to protect the goods. I highly recommend them.
