Fludan Fine Chemicals

I didnt recieve my product either.

Ordered a product from this company online over 2 months ago. Credit card was charged but product never received. No answer to phone calls or emails.
I placed an order online with Fludan Fine Chemicals on their website June 24, 2019 for an antifungal powder. Order #***. My *** was charged the following day an amount of $188.81 CAD ($140.30 USD) by "PRODUITS CHIMIQUES FIN PORTE CLAIRE QC". I did not receive the product and after several weeks attempted to contact the company. There was no answer to several attempted phone calls with the phone ringing continuously during business hours with no voice message. There is also no response to several emails. Have tried to contact them again after 2 months and still no answer to phone or email. Note that their mailing address has changed from the address included on the *** website. Fludan now has their address listed as *** on their website.

ordered item via order #*** on 2/23/2019. no response after two emails over last two weeks , no response on phone rang and rang. Payment amount 215.00, no charge to my account as yet, just want to be sure no charges will be made.

We purchased a pharmaceutical product on July 25th and still have not heard back on the status of this order. We've called several times, sent several emails but have yet to hear a response. We've ordered from this company once before several months ago and received good service, but now it's as if the company has gone out of business or something and isn't answering the phone or checking their emails. We'd like to have our money refunded as we paid $190.36 for this product if they can't ship it out asap, as it's now going on 2 weeks without a peep, which is extremely poor customer service.
