Floyd's Towing Service

The vehicle was at another repair shop before it was brought to us. Water was leaking from the thermostat housing that someone tried to repair. We made the repair the customer requested and noted other problems. Because some repairs were extensive, the customer decided to not have more repairs done....

Please note I have not spoken to the person that filed the complaint, I have been speaking with her husband.

You should not assume a business will provide a service for free. After checking the vehicle we charged the inspection fee.
