Floyd Tool

I put an Oring Kit and a bumper in my cart (approx. $30.00 sale) on floydtool.com and added freight.
I thought the $13.00 freight was excessive and asked if they would use my UPS acct. instead.
Here is the reply that I received: " We don't want your business"
What did I do to tick this person off? I have no idea.
I'll be calling Fasco and will relate my experience with their nasty distributor.

Review: Requested via email to receive a quote to have a tool repaired, that had been purchased from Floyd Tool. After four email exchanges received an email from Floyd Tool stating that they wouldn't fix the tool because they didn't supply the tool. They were in fact, the original supplier. I responded that they were the supplier, and requested they fix the tool. I didn't get a response. I followed my email with a phone call. Representative raged at me that I was "a nasty girl" and "rude girl" and he would never do business with me again. He said "good luck finding someone else to fix it, ha!" and hung up on me saying "don't ever call here again." So, in an attempt to get a broken tool fixed, get the facts straight that Floyd Tool was the supplier, I was harassed and called names.Desired Settlement: I do not understand the representative's rage or unwillingness to help a customer. If he didn't want to fix the tool, he might have just said he didn't want to fix it and offer a discount on a replacement or some other gesture of goodwill. The desired outcome is 1. an apology. Nobody deserves to be called names while trying to do business. 2. have the broken tool fixed or replaced
