In this situation the homeowner supplied their own pre-finished flooringWe told them we offer no guarantee on wood that is supplied by homeowners, because of situations such as theseWe came in and installed the floor exactly how the estimate/invoice saidWe went back and looked at the issue
they were having and after further consideration I didn't think there was anything I could do myself to make the issue betterThis is one negative about a pre-finish floor. This situation is very unfortunate and we wish there could have been something more we could have done.Floyd S
