My family and I stayed at this resort last summer and it was a pleasant experienceThe rates were fair and the kids loved the resortWe stayed in an ocean view room and the view of the ocean was wonderful
I stayed at this resort in August and is was more than well below standards It was not any where near what was portrayed on their website The common areas smelled of vomit on a daily basis, very outdated and approximately days after returning home I broke out in a rash which was later determined to be scabies This is extremely embarrassing for me personally and professionally My entire family was affected by this I can't imagine going on vacation and coming home with scabies from an inadequate hotel stay It is inexcusable and utter disgusts me The resort has reimbursed all but one fee to me which I have had to pursue strongly I only write this review to protect others for an experience such as I had
