Tried to cancel my service with them multiple times, but they did not process my cancellation request instead they just kept charging us for the service even though we had never used it. We finally had to pay off the balance for the service we never used for them to supposedly cancel our service, we will see if they finally cancel our account now. Very poor support, I would recommend staying away from this company.
