issue with the used amplifier he purchased we would issue a store credit inthe amount of $450 (which is what he paid) for him to use towards a new amplifier of his choice.When pricing was given to him on the new product he was interested in he stated he could buy thesame item from a friend of his for a much lower price and requested we give him a cash refund.In tum we gave him a deeper discount on the item in hopes of resolving the issue but he no longerwanted to discuss unless we lowered our price to his demanded amount.We did indeed receive a credit memo from [redacted] Audio for the defective amplifier however itwas not for $450 but for $225 (copy attached) and have extended a store credit to Mr. [redacted] for$450 which he has been made aware he is free to use.We believe we have made every effort to resolve this issue though Mr. [redacted] is still not satisfied.
