A person installs and uses an automotive waterpump for 13 years and then tries to get it replaced for free without allowing the company to inspect it to determine if it even complies under the limited lifetime warranty.

A person receives free fan hub studs for a water pump that had two different fan hub studs from the OE manufacturer goes online to complain that he has metric and needs imperial.

The studs supplied by the manufacturer hit the housing so the pulley would not turn. Contacted the company and was advised to just go out and buy new studs. The contact person a flowkooler had an I don't give a ST attitude. He also said people like to just call and bh. Caution if you have a problem with this company there customer service or the lack of S*CKS

Review: In June 2002 I bought a Flowkooler 1748 water pump that had a Lifetime warranty. In February 2015 the water pump started leaking. I contacted Flowkooler to get the water pump replaced and was told that they stopped offering the lifetime warranty a couple of years ago and they would no longer honor the warranty. I bought this pump and paid four times as much as a standard water pump because it had a lifetime warranty. The fact that Flowkooler changed their warranty policy a couple of years ago is irrelevant because that was not the condition of the sale at the time of purchase.Desired Settlement: Honor the lifetime warranty that was in effect and the condition this pump was sold as having when I bought it and replace the water pump.
