Trying to cancel a subscription
Their process for canceling a subscription is laid out in the terms and conditions, you must phone the 800 or toll-free number at 888-354-4154 this number is not good every time you dial it it's a busy signal and or you get a recording that says this number is no longer in effect. All I wanna do is cancel the subscription because it's a rip off and I don't wanna have anything to do with this company but they're charging me an enormous amount of money for some supplements that all I wanted to do was try the sample, my mistake. Please help
I want my account canceled and want nothing to do with this company ever again. If they only give you one option to cancel the subscription and that is to phone them and they don't give you any other option you can't go to website and click on cancel or anything such as that it's wrong and I've been trying to contact them to cancel and being charge money for no good reason
as like everyone else I ordered a product with a 14 day trial writes in real small letters which I caught..I called them in 3 days and they said retur
return item and send them 19.95 more. the item was 6.95..I told them NO. they had already charged me 92.95 on card and kept it.
92.95
After the customer contacted us their account was cancelled and a chargeback was issued. Also, due to company policy their files were sent for review due to the chargeback and complaint. If there are any other concerns please contact us so we can immediately take care/resolve them.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
they withdrew 92.95 out of my account..they told my bank that I did not call them in 14 days and that is not true. they wanted me to send them 19.95 and send back and I told them NO as the product was 5.95..now I want you Revdex.com to look at your reviews..same thing as other people thats why you gave them a F rating. I have all documents on this .
Did a free trial and the company continued taking money from my account.
I did a free trial purchase for First Choice CBD oil on 3/24/20 for 6.95. On 4/10/20 my account was debited for $92.95! The shipping label shows that this came from Switzerland. The address label reads "Qauntum, Reichgasse 61, Chur Chur, 7000". The confirmation email originally came from [email protected]. When I received the email they were also trying to attach a trial of hemp pills. I asked them to remove the hemp pills and they responded that they would from email address [email protected]. I am 63 years old and my daughter is the person who noticed all of these different names and email addresses under this company. So I called them on 4/11/20 at 888-354-4154 and spoke with Andrew who was rude and not helpful at all. He was in full blown sales mode and continued trying to make sales and give me offers for discounted items. He offered me $20 and I advised him I want a full refund. Next he offered me $40 and again I advised I wanted my whole $92.95 back. At this point I authorized my daughter to speak with the representative. While speaking with him he placed her on hold and said the his supervisor allowed him to offer her a refund of all but $19.99 and would allow us to keep the product. She then requested to speak with this supervisor and he immediately stated that no manager or supervisor was available. She demanded to speak with the same supervisor who authorized this deal and again he refused, saying that everyone was busy. We offered to wait on hold and he refused to allow us to wait for a manager. He said that no one was available and he would have someone give us a call back. She then asked for his name and employee ID. He said his name was Andrew and that he cant provide a last name or an employee ID. She then advised him she would report him to the Revdex.com for taking advantage of an elder, refusing a refund, refusing a manager manager and for providing poor customer service. He HUNG UP on her. This company is a complete Scam! As I see all of the other complaints I wish I would have researched this company first. It is clear this is not the first or last time they have done this free trial scam.
I want my account information completely removed from their system. I want a FULL refund for $92.95 and cancel and subscription they have listed. I do not want to see any more payments come out in the future.
The individual list was a customer. After their call the account was cancelled and a refund was issued. Thank you for telling us about the agent that you spoke with. This agent is being pulled for retraining and an internal review. Again, thank you for notifying us about this and we apologize for any inconveniences.
PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT KNOW for certain that the business is related to "Emily"; the business is in Florida and the phone calls came from New York. However, it is certain that "Emily" knew alot about this transaction that was only available to the business. I got the business site information from the label on the product.
I ordered the product on Jan 23,2020. On April 1, 2020 I received a phone call (New York #1(929)380-8692) from a lady named Emily who said that I had purchased GEDEON BE FOCUSED for $4.95 shipping on Jan 23, 2020 over the internet and that I had not responded within 14 days to say that I did not want to receive any more of the product. She said since I had not responded, I would be required to pay the full price for the product of $94.95. If I did not pay the full amount, she would report me and my credit score would be affected. THERE IS NO REFERENCE ON THE WEB PAGE THAT I ORDERED FROM ABOUT HAVING 14 DAYS TO RESPOND OR THE POSSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES. She told me that I had paid with my M & T bank card and correctly told me the last 4 digits of the card and the expiration date. She said she would send me the information I needed (FOR MY RESPONSE) to my email account (which is also correct) and I would have to contact the bank to tell them to make the payment. I said I was not at home, my phone was not set up with my email account and I did not have the information to contact the bank. She called about an hour later and I told her that I would not be home for about 3 hours and that I would be checking my purchase to verify the 14 day requirement. She said that I had already agreed to her demands and I said that I assume her information is correct but that I would be checking it out. I asked her why she didn't just charge my account and she asked for the 3 digit code on my bank card which I gave to her; but she said I would have to authorize the charge with the bank.
When I got home, I found out that the only 14 days mentioned on the website was a 14 day trial that Bill O'Reilly put the product through and proclaimed the product was awesome. Ben Carson also made positive comments about the product.
her email arrived on April 2 and I went to the bank and decided to issue a complaint with Revdex.com reguarding unfair business practices.
I am filing this complaint so that others will have a precedent.
Product_Or_Service: GEDEON BE FOCUSED
Billing Adjustment THERE IS NO REFERENCE ON THE WEB PAGE THAT i ORDERED FROM ABOUT HAVING 14 DAYS TO RESPOND OR THE POSSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES. It is very poor (in fact deceptive) business practice to require anyone to follow procedures that are not clearly specified. The pills had no effect whatsoever and I have half of them left if Gedeon wants them returned. I have seen them selling on the internet for $49.95. I will be willing to pay $25.00 for those that I have used.
The person listed was a customer. They were contacted by an agent regarding their charges. After being contacted their account was cancelled. It also, seems the confirmation email sent was declined. We apologize for the inconvenience the customer had. Also, we have adjusted our customer services to help with any future issues and improve the customer's experience.
Deceptive advertising about free GEDON BE FOCUSED supplement trial. Payed $4.95 for shipping of trial and then was billed an additional $95.
Deceptive advertising about free GEDON BE FOCUSED supplement trial. Payed $4.95 for shipping of trial and then was billed an additional $95.
I called their listed phone number 888-354-4154 to complain. It took 3 days to finally talk with a human and it was obvious from the beginning they have received many complaints about this deceptive practice. They argued this was free 2-week trial and that I had only paid for shipping. The free trail they claim was only for two weeks and since I had not notified them they were charging $95 for a months supply. They offered a $20 refund of which I refused since their product did not resolve any of my concerns. I can see where many others would fall for this deceptive practice.
Credit the $95.00 charge made to my credit card account. I will be glad to return the remainder of their .unused product. It in no way benefited me in any way.
I received a full refund credit today. Their ad is still designed to get people to order their product without realizing that you will be charged full price if you do not cancel and return within 2 weeks.
I didnot order any (other than a free sample of their propduct) and I keep getting billed for an unbelievable amount every month.
They use false advertising to get a credit card number and than keep billing when they do not even send any product. I notified them that I did not want their product nor did I authorize them to charge my credit card for any more than the postage on the sample.
to issue refunds to my credit card. for the charges they put on the card.
NEEDED TO RETURN PRODUCT BECAUSE ALLERGIC TO INGREDIENTS. I WAS TOLD ONLY I WOULD ONLY GET 1/2 MY MONEY BACK EVEN WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD.
I ORDERED THEIR PRODUCT FOR A TRIAL. THEY ADVERTISE A 14 DAY TRIAL. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(PLUS A PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER) MARCH 13TH, EMAILED THEM MARCH 23RD TO GET INFORMATION ON HOW TO RETURN. THEY EMAILED A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL ON THE 26TH I CALLED THE 27TH. THEY SAID I WILL ONLY RECEIVE HALF OF MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE IT IS PAST 14 DAYS.
i WANT THE REST OF MY MONEY BACK. THEY DID ALREADY CREDIT MY ACCOUNT $80 (HALF OF WHAT THEY OWE)
The customer did have an account with us which was cancelled March 27. We do apologize for the miscommunication. Further refunds have been issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to show on the card account used. If there is any further issue please contact us so we can immediately resolve them.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company has made another payment BUT has paid back only part of what I am owed. There is still an outstanding balance of $64.
(The consumer indicated he/she had nothing new to add)
I have heard nothing further from the company, and so I am not satisfied. There is still an outstanding balance of $64 owed to me.
Recurring charges were not clear in order description
I called their customer service to cancel recurring charges which was not mentioned in the original order. The representative hung up when I questioned charges.
I want to be sure no other charges will be billed to my charge card in the future .
No future charge
The customer listed did have an account with us. On March 18, 2019 the customer called into our call center. Their account was cancelled and partial refunds were issued. A notification email was sent stating the cancellation. There has been no further charges or contact made. We do apologize for the abrupt loss of contact.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
If I was canceled I should not have received a bill, which is why I filed this complaint. The bill was paid by my bank in full. The account has been closed to prevent future compromises.
Thank you for responding to my concern, but I feel you need to be advised because where did my money go to?
An ad came to me online to try medical grade hemp oil.. I cannot recall if via facebook or what.
I was buying it for my wife to try. I didn't remember the original company being called healthychoice...
yet I get the receipt from a different business name called www.tryhealthychoice.com, for the 6.95 which is all they said the sample cost me. Interestly, now I note that it contained none of their business information whatsoever on the receipt.
Then I get a box in the mail from Flowing Fitness with the product - the oil (yet another business name). (which by the way contains the product yet unopened; for I knew nothing of a "trial period" and a big charge; wasn't needing it yet).
Then on my bank account comes a charge from NaturalHempSeedProduct that charges me 89.92.
WHAT'
So I call Flowing Fitness CS number, that was in the product box, and they say they can stop the oil, but that they can refund only $60, though they charged me 89.92. (First they said 20% refund, then upped it to 50%, then $60. I took it, for its better than nothing. How can they take 89.92 from my checking without my permission and my knowing of it'?)
So then, I get another email about my cancellation of the product from a place called support@Gideon Health!
So altogether this scam used five different business names in their contact with me.
THIS IS A SCAM.
When I asked about where it told of a 14 day trial, they said it was under the terms and conditions, which was NOT in plain sight to the person buying, if even there. They said it had been. I couldn't find the place where I originally clicked on their ad, to check that out. I just know I'm not one to fall for scams but when I looked up their address, there is like hundreds of business names involved in just that 153201 suite. Something needs to be done to shut them down!
And I want my whole 89.92 returned! and am happy to send back the product to have that accomplished. But they said, too late!
Revdex.com please protect us. The world has gone corrupt

Refund I'd like ALL the extra money charged me returned...the $89.92! It said $6.95 for a sample...and that's what I paid...so I should even be able to keep what I bought. I desire this address and all the business names it uses to be SHUT DOWN to be honest. Why hasn't it?
The customer did have an account with use. On January 26,2019 they called into the call center. Their account was cancelled and a refund was issued. After reviewing this case a full refund is being issued. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refunds to show on the used account. If there are any other issues please feel free to contact us.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They took out another 89.92 again under a different name, instead of refunding us....and evidently did not cancel a thing...so now this company owes us nearly $180! Please get to the bottom of this for us. This time yet another company name is used: ketolifehemp in their withdrawal from our account. When calling the bank and getting their number it says, "The number is currently inactive. Contact your administrator," This is a scam and we are not wanting 89.92 coming out anymore! There is no product associated with this new charge, so if it was to be a refund, now it is two $89.92 payments needing refunding.
The customer called into our call center March 21, 2019 questioning about charges. The customer's account had been cancelled and refunded prior to the call. Once the account was cancelled and refunded no further contact or charges were made. The mentioned "ketolifehemp" name is not affiliated with us. If there are any further questions we can help resolve please contact us. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
they use a different company name every time they correspond. They're the only hemp related contact I've made ever in my life. I had to close out a bank account and get a new one because of them
taking out unauthorized money. How do I know it's same company? It's same amount...$89.92 that has ccame out twice and they only refunded the initial $6.95 shipping fee.
