Review: Arrangement ordered from 1-800 flowers was not delivered correctly to my daughter in hospital arrangement was ugly & embarrassing.

I ordered a flower birthday cake arrangement from 1 800 flowers for my daughter in the hospital. She did not receive the correct arrangement. She received something totally unacceptable, it was ugly and should never have been sent to anyone especially someone who was ill in the hospital for their birthday. I called Flowers on Main and the woman there told me there was nothing she could do about it..that was it I had to live with it. The flowers were ordered on 9/29/13 for delivery 9/30/13. The order was paid by credit card and it was suppose to be the pastel pink and white birthday cake with ribbons and candles the cost was $40.00 plus tax, what was delivered was an autumn cake with yellow daisies and orange leaves very unprofessional looking. The representative from Flowers on Main was very rude and discourteous to me and hung up the phone abruptly.Needless to say how helpless I felt being in New York and my daughter was in a Utah hospital. This business was totally unprofessional in handling the situation.Desired Settlement: I feel that my daughter did not receive the correct arrangement that I purchased and since Flowers on Main was the florist 1 800 Flowers assigned they should make good on their commitment and do the right thing. If they are not capable of sending a beautiful arrangement they should not be in business and taking people's money. A full refund is in order.
