I ordered the European Terrace flowers (premium) for my mother's birthday. The website said they do same day delivery and I ordered the day before. I asked that it be sent to my mother's work which is a high school. I got an email on the day of her birthday at 6pm stating that the flowers were delivered. This was, in fact, impossible as the school was closed already. They finally arrived the next day around noon. The flowers she received looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. I ordered a bouquet of "pastel colored blooms" of hydrangeas, roses, and lisianthus and more. What my mother received was one white hydrangea, 4 red roses, 1 lily, and alstroemerias. I could have bought this same bouquet at the grocery store for $20. Which I do all the time, but I wanted something special for my mother for her birthday and Flowers of ATL by Marilyn ruined it.

Modification/discontinuance of I want to make sure this company can no longer hurt people. I failed to read the reviews on google maps. I thought they were a reputable business. Apparently they have been running a con for awhile now and I would like them to stop ruining people's special days. Their website advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed- this is false. This is most definitely a scam disguised as a "local" flower shop.
