Flowers by Kyle

We hired Kyle to make the flowers for my daughters wedding. My daughter met with him a few times and they spoke to finalize the details before the May 16, 2016 wedding. He showed up on the wedding day with the boutonniere's made with fake flowers, the incorrect number of floral cube arrangements for the reception tables and we were short centerpieces. I finally had the opportunity to speak with Kyle around June 3 and he informed me that he made some of the arrangements bigger and he didn't think he shorted us anything. As well as informing us that some glass had been broken and he would have to charge us for that. I explained to him that my daughter had a vision and it wasn't carried out the way they discussed and I would appreciate it if he would review the contract and refund her the money that she was due. I have repeatedly tried to contact him since our conversation June 3 by phone, text, email and [redacted] with no response. This is a last effort to make sure that this doesn't happen to any one else because although what he provided was beautiful he did not provide what he promised and we paid for.
