Review: Floral arrangement ordered on-line for a Tues., Aug. 12 delivery. The flowers were never delivered. However, my credit card was charged $98.55 on Aug. 13, 2014. I have now left 3 messages at the ###-###-#### number and no one has returned my call. Information below has been copied from the email confirmation I received:"Order Number: 2015940 Thank you for ordering from FLOWERS BY KORI (5[redacted])!Your credit card will be processed by FlowerShopNetwork.Do not reply to this message. Replies to this address are not monitored.If you have questions about your order please contact FLOWERS BY KORI at ###-###-####".Note: the flowers were to be delivered to a business; no excuses that no one was available to accept the delivery.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of the $98.55 I was charged. Also, on a complimentary basis, I would appreciate the floral arrangement I requested being sent now.

I was able to get the cell phone number (###-###-####) of the owner, Kori Stein. She apologized profusely; said she had been ill and someone was running her business for her. Said she does not do business this way! She was headed to her store and would call me back in an hour to resolve this issue. That conversation occurred on September 9, 2014. I have yet to hear from her.

She is aware of the complaint I filed w/your office.
