I purchased a peace lily (price online 49.99) via telephone by credit card & it wasn't delivered.
The purchase date was Tuesday, February 12,2013. The request for delivery was for Thursday, February 14,2013 to Joseph H Brown funeral home. I asked for http://www.flowersbyginad.com/product_info.php?products_id=626 I asked if there was a confirmation number or receipt number but was told there wasn't one. I had to ask the price but I figured it was a delivery fee that made it so much higher than 49.95. It is now February 16th and the plant was not delivered and the card charge appeared on my bank statement February 15. (3 days after the purchase). I was never contacted to be advised or asked if I wanted to cancel or proceed with the order.
