Yes I went to this flower shop on Valentine's Day the flowers were not bloomed I was told they will bloom in a few hours 3 days went by and they didn't bloom . Also I was over charged $40 for 12 unbloomed tulips? The guy told the price was up because of economy, I knew he was full of it then because everybody knows the economy is booming the most it has been in 50 years... so any way I call the shop the same day because my girlfriend said no those are not good flowers she could tell by looking at them ..I apologize to my girlfriend and then she asked me how much did I pay for that ? I said $4 before I could get out the $40 she immediately said go get your money back .. I called the flower shop and told them my girlfriend is not pleased with these flowers can I please get my money back they said no and wouldn't try to work with me to get a better well looking flower. The answer was no . I just want my money back.
