June 26th, 2017On Friday May 26th, a [redacted] came into our shop to place an order for the funeral service of [redacted] in T [redacted] **The sales associate that helped her was, [redacted] , [redacted] showed [redacted] our selection guide to help her select a spray of flowers for the funeral [redacted] let her know that when we wire out flowers to other towns, that it would not be exactly like the photo, but would be similar [redacted] took a picture of the selected spray with her phoneShe then called [redacted] for a credit card number to complete the transaction.On Saturday May 27th, [redacted] came into the shop to complain about what was sent [redacted] apologized and told her that I was out of town, and that on my return we could discuss her complaintOn June 5, 2017, [redacted] then returned and talked to [redacted] is authorized to deal with complaints [redacted] showed her a picture of what was sent and compared it to the picture in the book [redacted] explained to her that the filling flower shop filled to value, that it had the exact same flowers in as in the picture, and that is was just more spread out than the picture in the selection guide, and that it is very hard to judge floral arrangements by pictures [redacted] offered her 20% off the order, [redacted] would not accept that and she wanted 50% off [redacted] then called me, to complain to meShe stated that my staff was very rude to her and she was unhappyI offered the 20% off again and she would not accept it.She threatened to sue my shop with legal actionSo, after many emails by [redacted] ***, I decided to refund her the 50% off of the order [redacted] did not place the order, only paid for the orderIt has been resolved
