At this time, I have been contacted directly by Flower You regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
A manager from FlowerYou called me at 7:pm New York time on June *, which was 1:am Switzerland time and they woke me up I asked
them to call back the next day, and they never did So I called back on June * and left a message with one of their workers for the manager to call me back, and the Manager never did
