Review: Flower Hill Flowers charged my credit card in the amount of $45.35 for flowers I never ordered. I contacted the merchant and spoke to a lady who said she would remove the charge immediately and to date nothing has been done. I have followed up over 7 times and there has been no answer except I have left messages each time, and no one has returned my call nor have they credited my card for a refund. The person I did speak to once was very rude and seemed eager to get me off the phone. I am totally exasperated and would like to file this complaint so that this does not happen to other customers. The lady I spoke to told me that they have a new credit card processing service but there is no excuse for not taking care of my matter in a professional and business-like fashion. Please let me know if you can be of any assistance. Review: I ordered flowers from them on May 15th, the charge went through okay ($50.70) and the product was delivered. On June 1st they charged me a second time when no order was placed, also for $50.70. I've emailed and called with no response from them. When I did get a hold of someone, I was told that she would look at recent credit card charges and call me back by the end of the day. She never bothered calling back.Desired Settlement: Due to my frustration with the apathy of this company, I want both charges refunded.
