Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] was the one that told me she had delivered the plants herself and that the deceased daughter and niece were there when she delivered the plants and had even comment on the plants she even gave me the names so I had a family member ask since I didn't know who they were just by the names that [redacted] had given me and they did ask both ladies and they didn't see her delivered plants and the niece did go tell [redacted] that she didn't see her delivering plants and that we asked her because [redacted] did say she had seen the plants when she hadn't , but nothing is going to get resolved this way [redacted] said they have recorded everything in the shop and also in the vehicles unless something comes up and missed that day !! Someone needs to view the videos to get to the bottom of this Regards, [redacted]
I [redacted] had received an order form [redacted] on 3/23/I told her it would be delivered the next day which it was, a delivery driver had taken itMy boss had even admired he arrangement when it was doneThat same day that the arrangement was delivered she was at the same funeral home with her aunt that had deceasedShe and other of her family members helped the delivery driver with all the flowers and had seen that certain order being taken off of van and taken to the [redacted] family in other room at the funeral home which they had deceased that same day for viewing From what I know they move the bodies around so the other families can view their family memberMs [redacted] 's went as far as to tell the deceased daughter that a niece had taken the arrangement and that I had handed it to her after the funeral was over the niece came into the shop in tears that Ms [redacted] had told her cousin that she took the plant, & the niece told me can you talk to her they are accusing me So I did & I explained everything to her, & she was ok with everything Ms [redacted] had came in to demand her money back since the flowers and plants never got there I explained to her that my boss had seen that arrangement & it had been delivered & that once we leave it at the funeral home we are no longer responsible for the merchandiseSo now it brings us to this as to reporting us to Revdex.com We have done no wrong and do not agree in giving a refund for something that was delivered to the funeralI have nothing to lie about or hold back as she has said This is my statement and everything is recorded even on camera inside the shop as well as in vehicle
