Flower Explosion

Review: On 2/3/15, I placed an order for two-dozen black roses to be delivered specifically by 2/13/15. There was a section, when placing my order, where I could specify my delivery date. Depending on the delivery date, you could paid more or less. I did not receive my order on the 13th (2/13/15) - as I paid to have delivered by this date. As of today, 2/16/15, I still have not received my order. This order was to be delivered on the 13th before Valentine's day. At worst, I would have accepted a 2/14 delivery. There was none. I made several attempts to email this company but was bombarded with "undeliverable" return mail daemons - the addresses were [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

Fedex tried to do it, but nobody was there sign for the package since it requires a signature reléase The address our customer provided for the delivery of the flowers was an apartment, FedEx didn´t leave the box for security reasons. We have tried to contact the customer several times over the pone but the phone number provided to us has been disconnected.Sincerily,

Review: The company sends me wrong color and style roses and in bad rotten condition for 2 weeks every day ordered by sender. Company states on their website: Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your order we will refund it no questions asked. I expressed my concern to the company about their horrible quality of flowers and requested to stop their shipments.Desired Settlement: Please refund the sender for the wrong and dead flower orders.
